This guide is meant to provide an instructional guide on best practices for addressing interpersonal and intrapersonal dynamics on farms as a way to build healthy work cultures, team ethics and greater operational efficiency. It is meant to be a resource for anyone that is working towards whole farm systems that include social, cultural, emotional and mental dynamics that address the people process of farming.
